ya he said he would give me a deal on it since i was picking up my 500i RIf I correctly recall, the sticker price I saw was 9 bills and some change.
I have 2 462s and my other dealer said, since i have 462s i wont be impressed. but it is amazingly impressive compared to a 362 is what i have heard people saying.I ran one at the PA GTG and was impressed ... but I'm also impressed with the 462s!!!
Franky, I don't think you could go wrong with either one, both great Hp to weight.
well, I had to put new rubber on the wife's Yukon, so ya I adulted that day LOLWhat do you need help with? Is yer car busted and you can't get back to the dealer? I'm sure one of our PA members would be happy to give you a lift.
Might as well buy a 462 at that point?
If you have a 562 XP forget the 400 buy the 462That's my question. Will my first plunge into Stihl ownerdom be a 400i or a 462? Not that My new 562XP doesn't do everything I envision me needing a saw for. It's not like I make money with a chainsaw....

If you have a 562 there really isn’t any sense in getting a 400c/462c. There just so close in capabilities/size that I would sell one to keep the other I guess. I’d be looking at a 500i or 661 to accompany the 562. To me a 50-70-90cc is a perfect saw plan package deal. 60cc in my opinion are too in between…. But they are a good one saw plan for small-midsize firewood cutting use. That's my question. Will my first plunge into Stihl ownerdom be a 400i or a 462? That would be my reasoning for a 400c.... another firewood saw to complement the ones I have for the wood pile. My goal is cordage for myself and sail.ut they are a good one saw plan for small-midsize firewood cutting use

When i stated it’s a 362 replacement and that 362 is dead at the beginning of my thread or in many other threads i posted, the members were denying the truth.
362 was never intended to be done when the 400 came out don’t know why everyone said and thought that. The 362 is still here...
Stihl has an odd line up these days..
Should have kept the 0 series in my opinion everyone knew it was a Stihl but I suppose they did use up a fair amount of numbersIt was just as odd during the O series to me
Well I always thought a 027, 035, 037, 043, 047, 049, 052 and so on would have been coolShould have kept the 0 series in my opinion everyone knew it was a Stihl but I suppose they did use up a fair amount of numbers
