A friend gave me a Stihl EDT 3 tachometer but I can't get it to work. Anyone ever use one? Is it worth tinkering with to try and get it working?

I have one, works great, a little slow refresh compared to the new.
Got it used also. Yard sale. I dont think they are very common.
Does it turn on and display???
It must have a battery inside.

Has batteries but won't turn on. Maybe the batteries are bad. I'll get some new ones and retry.
