Poor Jeff, some people are computer challenged. I had a coworker who was like this. She could not find a document she saved, so I offered to help find it. Her document folder had close to 30 "New Folders" (New Folder 1, New Folder 2, New Folder 3....etc) and inside these folders were more "New Folders". It was then I realized why she could not find anything she saved.

This happened to me, I tried and tried to log in but it didn't work. Wouldn't send my resetr password to my email. ended up joining again as a new member! Very annoying!

I still have the first email address I ever had from 1998 and it is my main one...Hotmail.. They keep threatening to take it away. Once I joined the modern world on December 31, 2021 and got one of these dumb things they call a "smart phone" I had to crawl in bed with "google" and get a gmail account. I now have (4) email accounts and (3) physical mailing addresses
