HELP! Stihl BR800C

Has anyone seen this occur on a BR800C? A crank shaft failure at the fan wheel. I have called Stihl customer service twice now on Aug 27th & September 3rd with NO response in almost 2 weeks. I am trying see if this is a problematic issue.

Common issue... bring it to your local dealer and they should warranty a shortblock for you. There is a tech bulletin about the issue as well...
