Have a 661 that I would like to run a regular carb on. Have some of the euro coils on order from a member here. Have been waiting for a while to get them. Don't know when the will be here. I want to start using this saw for cutting timber. Wondering what some of you have figured out. Thinking maybe a non m tronic 362 ignition module may work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has probably been covered already if it has please post a link.

I like to be able to adjust my saws. I have heard that you could just pull the solenoid and leave it in the carb box. Would like to not have to worry about the solenoid going bad.

Just got schooled by Redbull661 in a pm conversation. I know what to do. Hang to solenoid in the carb box and rip it. Thanks guys
