I remember seeing some pics of the 026 jug intake port showing the little lip that caused the puddling/idle issues. I think it was Stihl that said to grind out the little lip to solve the issue.
Gotta see if I can dig that thread up.

I remember that too. I'm sure Dr. Al fixes that early and often. I think it's the pleat in the boot. I've been wrong plenty of times though...

I received the "Ducati" Stihl coil today. Opened the package and saw this. Is it damaged or will it work? :(

I came home and opened the OEM Stihl "Ducati" 20180326_150843.jpg ebay package and noticed this damage on the coil? Will it affect anything? Will it still work? :(

I would try to gently move that flake back into position. As you can tell, they are somewhat delicate. No biggie for me as long as it doesn't rub. I think they're called poles, but don't quote me on that...
