Starter Rope Size

Starter rope broke on the 394xp this morning. What size/diameter does she take?

Better yet....is there a "one size fits all" from 50cc to the 394xp? If so I'll just buy a spool.

I use #4 on almost all my saws except the bigger macs. I'm sure #4 will work fine on your 394 as long as you use the decompression valve. Someone with more experience on the bigger huskys will be along shortly to correct or confirm.
