Just heard today, one of the U.K. biggest garden machinery trade supplier which is only a couple of hours from me has been bought 100% outright by Alko

And you know what that could mean Solo back in the U.K.

Guys, I’m looking for some small parts for SOLO 603. I need fuel cap and oil cap gaskets, or if someone knows what size O-ring that’ll fit.

I’m also looking for the carb adjuster surround grommet/guide.

If anyone knows where I can find these parts, it’s greatly appreciated.

Thanks Andrew. I did manage to find a couple of gaskets for the caps on eBay, and I think I was able to order the grommet from Germany. My German isn’t the best, but I think they have to send them to my address in Norway first, then I’ll have it sent here. We’ll see how it goes, I guess. Lol

Yes it is Simon had a letter saying all trade accounts would carry on business
As usual. Which is good news Very surprised they done this
but they gave up echo and Husqvarna a couple of years ago
And made mitox , solo , Alko , wellbang and DR there main events

A ready made identity situation for Alko i suspect that Rochfords have built up . That would be attractive to Alko/Solo i bet rather than starting from scratch with the trade buyers .

Solo fans! What would a clean 662 be worth. Fella here has one advertised, but I don't know the price.
I'm thinking I may want to grab this thing, if the price is right.
