There's several. One in particular is a type of rock found in Washington and one place in Southern California, but not in between. It's got geologists rethinking west coast geology. I'll DM you the specifics if I can find them.

I'd like to check out the old landslide and volcanic geology in Anza Borego, among other things. Main thing I want to see in the area is this rock that is exactly the same stuff as what caps a random ridge Central Washington.
