Little of both. White meat, no bones, just have to cut off red fatty part. Oklahoma only allows you to keep 2 per year now so I haven't kept any yet this year. Missouri allows 2 per day, possession limit of 4. Going to try that on Friday.

Front end/ bow looks just like a whaler. Color scheme has me thinking otherwise though

Go in in the a.m. got 2 dozen wild shiners in baitwell I caught before dark. I've been killing the bass on wild shiners and rat L traps got one a 2 weeks ago about 8 lbs

That’s a nice bass, biggest one I’ve ever caught was about 7 for largemouth and 5 for a smallmouth. But in northern mn they don’t get much bigger
