Look at Cutlery and More...7" Zwilling/Henkels Pro chef's knives are a helluva deal right now. I bought several last year and gave as gifts...they were even cheaper last year. Offer it in 6", 8", 10" as well. The 7" is balanced pretty good.

The 7" is a good, balanced, got some weight to it, chef's knife. Last year they were $39.95 each...I bought several.

That’s a TAC-FORCE folding knife...same mfg’r as the one a few pics above it. Amazon, E-bay, several places sell TAC-FORCES.

Sorry I thought you were asking about the chefs knives,Those tac force aren’t that durable.They do hold a decent edge.Just google Tac force knife a lot of places have them
