Would you be interested in letting either one of these go? I shave with straights and have a few vintage ones in my collection. Not a knife but still sharp.......
No sir I wouldn't let them go. There both from members of my family.Would you be interested in letting either one of these go? I shave with straights and have a few vintage ones in my collection.
Completely understandable. I have my grandfathers and it will never be sold either. Check out Razor Emporium if you want them restored/honed/shave ready. No sir I wouldn't let them go. There both from members of my family.
You stone that or belt or?? Very sharp. I call them hot when I get one that way. My knives are sharp. Not quite that “hot” though. Damn good workCheck out this edge I put on our santoku
I was gonna buy a wotksharp. Ended up with a harbor frieght belt sander. I use it as a grinder mostly in the shop now. I need a new set of fine belts to really do any quality sharpening with it. Never heard of the LanskyKen Onion WorkSharp. 15degree. All my “good” blades get sharpened on the Lansky.
