im not buying there is a rubber shortage or a christmas tree shortage or a change shortage thats all bs. most of the christmas trees that are sold in this country come from here where i live and i know with 100% certainty that the trees are still growing and that they didnt all get cooked from the really high heat we had last summer because i can see them. the rubber trees didnt suddenly stop growing. most of the rest of the world didnt get stimulis checks and quit their jobs like they did here. it price gouging and corporate coruption

As a hd diesel tech ive seen parts shortage and backordered stuff for over 2 years. The meritor wabco split was painful but just the start of it.

Well I don't even put up an artificial Christmas tree so it was me that caused a storage there. I have put tires on my truck in 4 years so that not caused by me. And of the parts that I normally restock as I sell parts are not being restock so I am not one causing that shortage either. But even some of the items that are first time used here are hard to get at times.

It was strange this last week when I finally got some back ordered parts from Briggs. Someone there was using their heads. Two small packages shipped one day after the other just didn't make much sense as it cost of the flat envelop $12.50 to send a $8.00. I gotten the shipping invoice on the first package but it is likely $16 shipping on a $12 part. Both could have been sent in the same box. At lest I not actually paying for the shipping Briggs or A&I is as it is one their free shipping deals.

It like the groceries shortage it just tkaes going more stores as each has different items in stock. Can't find pears at Kroger but they are at Walmart. The pizza I like is out at Walmart but Kroger has it, just takes longer to finish my shopping. And Yesterday I could barely find the checkout at Walmart for all the Valentine items in the way.

Even very common Oregon bars are on back order all ready.
Is there nobody working at the factories anymore or what’s going on

In one month Rural King bar and chain oil went from $4.99 to $7.99.

I was just in my local tractor supply and the save a $1 sale price is $10.99 a gallon. Their brand (probably sucks) starter fert is $30 a bag, Can’t imagine what Scott’s is this year.

I ended up going to our small locally owned southern states. Their starter fert is up to $20 a bag from $14 something last year. They haven’t been able to get pelletized limestone yet and he said their cost for bagged mulch has gone up $1 a bag this year. It’s absolutely crazy what’s going on and I really feel for the little guys struggling to keep afloat. Buy local wherever you can, Otherwise they may not be around next time.
