Hello,, News of my initial problem That's it, the chainsaw works.
The basic problem seemed to come from the Mtronic system of the TC-M. I don't know exactly what but probably the special Mtronic coil. On the other hand, the problems that followed are my fault. Since the beginning of my start-up problem, I have pulled the rope many times to try to start it. While I was waiting for the delivery of my new ignition coil, I thought I could make a tool to train the steering wheel with a portable drill. What I did. And from that moment on, it distorted the diagnosis. I found a YOU Tube video of a guy who repaired the chainsaws and explained in front of the camera that you could train the steering wheel with a drill. Except the Stihl, and precisely on the Stihl that we had on the screen, it did not work. So he reassembled the crankcase of the launcher and there, it started. He explained that the rotation speed of the rope with the launcher was higher than that of the drill. So I went back to my MS201 that I had cowardly abandoned, I reassembled the casing of the launcher, I sent Start Pilot into the fuel, and there, she spoke. Time to start the supply of gasoline and it has started and works perfectly.
I specify that I have removed all the original TC-Mtronic equipment; I installed a retrofit kit to the MS201TC model, that is to say:
The electrical harness
The standard ignition coil
The flywheel
The carburetor
I find myself with a MS201TC chainsaw and it suits me very well.
I also have on my workbench a new coil, a new steering wheel, an original fuel but which only has 20 hours, an electrical harness, all for the TC-Mtronic model. And I won't go back up. I will resell them.
I hope these explanations can be used by other TC-Mtronic owners.
Thank you for your self-help messages.
