I heat the case half then set it on a piece of cedar 4x4 to keep from damaging the mating surface. Then find a deep well socket suitable & BFH......
The rest should be self explanatory

If you heat the case a little more they fall out themselfs

To be honest I can't remember what model it is. I'm pretty sure it's the same as the fs38 but it has the straight shaft. It's only about 5yrs old

I pulled the spark arestor out of mine. It revs much better now and sounds great. I had to open up the carb a bit. It still has the limiter installed on the high side screw. I was able to get it tuned without pulling it

Just put a new carb on it.
They're like $30
Then cut the screen out

The muffler has a screw in outlet with the screen in it. The outlet is only maybe a 5/16 hole. When you remove it the hole is appropriately 5/8
