Remodeling an old house + addition

Got all the interior walls and ceilings drywalled, and all the wall & attic insulation installed. R-21 in the walls of the addition, R-15 in the existing 2x4 walls, and R-38 blown in the attic.

Waiting on another inspection before I can finish the Sheetrock.

I don’t think so... lots of damage and patches that would have to be done. They are in very rough shape.

Passed my inspection. I decided I really would like to have a working bathroom, so I taped & textured in here first. Also did some floor leveling, and installed the Ditra underlayment, and now I am working on the tile floor. Can’t decide on a wall color, but I did paint the ceiling already.

What kind of stock are you using for painted door and window trim? Nice looking work.

MDF trim, although I used solid wood for the window sills.

Agreed, thanks for the pictures. You will have built a house in less time than it takes me to trim 3 windows and 2 doors.
