Nice size Ash killed by the EAB. Hooked up the tractor when dad was out feeding cows and got it pulled out to flatter ground for cutting.

Second picture looks like you have some Palm trees around.
Don't see / Haven't seen any one making firewood from palm trees Rekkin that would be a contradiction somehow.

Lots of them around. Only good for looking at. Maybe mill into panels, soak with…paint? And use for insulation?

Palm is basically compressed strings. There is nothing resembling wood in a Palm.

Not too bad when dry. Knots can be difficult, but it actually peels pretty easy almost like pine.

I just woke up after putting a big log in the stove eight hours ago. This is what I see.

I doubt whether this tree is worse than the Linden tree / axe, i.e. a tragedy
