120lb hog.

Not a smoker, pig cooker in the south is just a big grill. A pig that size takes about 8-9 hours at 275°

Few eagles at parents today. People come up their road and end up spooking them from the pines. Dad doesn't mind as long as they stay in their cars, but I am afraid it will be only a matter of time before trespassers will be jumping or cutting down the fences to get their perfect pictures for instagram garbage.

Brought home a pre-steak today from my parents, final trip on Thursday night. Got some nice inch and a half ones in the freezer already for next Sunday lunch. Going to make some baked mac and cheese as well.
