Rigged up a servo to the throttle on my kicker. After i tested it i ran the wires up to the helm so now i can adjust the throttle at the helm instead of having to adjust at motor.
I already had the old servo. Had to buy the speaker wire, servo cheacker, and battery holder. Might still buy a on off switch so i dont have to unplug the batterys. Cost is under 50 bucks.

Ya i think it should be ok. It really only has to be set to a speed then i will kill the power to it. If i need to adjust it just turn on quick and agjust. I found a rc car on off switch in by box of parts im gonna put in today.

Got the kicker motor throttle controlls in temporarily. Gonna get a peace of sheet metal and make a bracket so its neater looking.
