Sometimes an oven of biscuits and a cobbler help the day go better, too bad this is not this morning

Just had some awesome peppered bacon, would have went great with that and a nice cup of Joe :icon_cafe:.
I'll get a picture next time I make it, we get it from a local meat market/farm.

Yeah, but do you cook marshmallows in the house lol.
I use a lot of good dry wood burning stumps and green wood up, gotta get rid of the rubbish somehow.

Man that grass is looking green. I filled the mower with 6 more gallons before all this crap went down just in case it lasted longer than they were saying initially. Supposed to rain like mad tonight, calling for a couple inches, it will green up here quick if it rains like that, especially if there's lightening.

Had mine out today too. Cut up a cherry log and got it all split and in the woodshed too.

Yeah the grass is exploding down here, lots of people mowing and out cleaning since they are off work and what not. I've been riding the kids around more than anything else, got hickory down that I need to get up myself. Plan on spending the weekend getting some work done on a couple knives some guys on here are waiting on. We also have more rain and storms coming in tomorrow afternoon.

That's great.
When my oldest daughters were around 5-10 I asked if they wanted a marshmallow, my younger daughter says, yes, but I want mine raw:risas3:. Does make sense when you think about it, not cooked right lol.

We are starting to have supply issues because of the virus, and ordering things well in advance is a must, but time consuming. We have to leave the middle window not installed completely so we can load drywall. 4BFC62CA-0B4E-47EF-90CD-FD7CC73FFA12.jpeg9734C7E8-0491-4A02-A663-CF0A334EF535.jpeg

I've been pulling loads of black locust out of the neighbors property, he said I could have all I want that's dead or leaning, so...
Lot's of little stuff right now as I'm trying to work away from the rd until the woods greens up, I don't want anyone driving by wanting it who knows him.
I almost got the front section of this side full, one more row, this is for winter of 21-22 as the other side is already full.

Lots of loads like this, not even splitting much of it.

Start with a 2020 Colorado with 3 miles.
20200327_093324.jpg
Remove the front fascia to install the "accessory" grille.
20200327_094741.jpg

Then, remove the gold color emblem from the black accessory grille.
20200327_100016.jpg
And install black one.
20200327_100108.jpg

Original grille, emblem and emblem off new grill all get trashed....

So wasteful. I can’t comprehend why people pay more for their truck, just to get a black bowtie

Dont forget the black grille too..o_O

Its the same on quite a few models. Mirror caps, door handles, even mud guards..
Supposedly it's cheaper than making the changes or installing them on the select vehicles as they come down the assembly line.
I'm just an idiot with some wrenches.

I wish they would at least have you ship the parts to a warehouse to be used as body replacement parts later. Plenty of collision repairs will be made in the coming years... Above your pay grade and mine, but makes me shake my head.
