It's a good runner, and good for it to get some use. Just got what I hope is a decent fuel line set up for the pro Mac 10-10. Haven't had much time to work on saws lately.

Dressed one of my bars. Nothing fancy. Just use the skill saw with a stick on sanding disk. Cut the teath off so they dont hit the bar. Maybe one day get something better.... na im too cheap. Lol

Nope. Only a forkhorn.
I dont like straight down shots either. If you dont completely sever the spinal cord, they will run. And likely not be found.
I only work 3 days this week, then off until the 18th, so I have time to wait for a bigger one.

First day of the muzzle loader hunt. Was a good day. Hunting, had to cut a downed tree across trail to get to deer, got to ride the atv then go home and have lunch. That dam thing really made me work. She was quartering to me and i missed the boiler room. Tracked her for probly 400 yard befor i found her.

It sucks here, if you build a stout mailbox, and someone wrecks there car into it and it causes excessive damage, your liable for the repairs! Lol

Back in high school, I was a freshman, and one of the seniors though it would be cool to bash some mailboxes....he started on the way in on a one way...the cops were waiting for him at the entrance! Lol

One Halloween someone smashed my dads large plastic mailbox with a pumpkin...it blew it apart but I was able to put it back together.... but he next night they threw a chunk of firewood....completely gone, and the chunk of would was 125’ down the road! They must have been hauling!

We have the same rule in Missouri for mailboxes. Luckily i live on a private road so my 100lb tractor mailbox is safe from idiots and lawyers, i think?
