That tree would be a disaster to try and cut down... love the scenery reminds me of home.
Was it bad before? I don't remember it needing replaced. I wish they would do something with M21 between M13 and M52. Been putting off replacing a strut on the wifes's car and I get reminded constantly on that drive!
Down near the bottom of the hill it had a section that was pretty bad and a few good sized potholes. I didn't think the whole thing needed done, not sure why they did it, I never got any notification they were doing it at all and our rd was closed(good thing I wasn't planning on running out somewhere
). There is a large trucking company(operating as an orchard last I knew), he recently made a drive out onto the main rd, I'm wondering if he isn't paying for all this to be done as it's all roads his guys would use when leaving the shop. He literally pulled thousands of yards of dirt out between his shop and the main rd(between the church and the house just north of it). I know he was very happy to make that happen as the main drag is a class 1 rd and all the others had spring weight limits on them which is bad especially when your hauling heavy(many 8-axles and other multi-axle trailers). I'll get some pictures taken from the first house north of the new drive, it's a guy I know and he had asked for some help cleaning up a bunch of his stuff that was laying around. He sold the property to him and had to move it so they could cut the rd in that season so they could have it ready by spring. 
. November 2016, the first picture is a shed he needed torn down because of the rd getting pushed thru.
