you can find them, well I should say find about 70% of one if your lucky. And the "newer" ones. Isn't that 81-87

I'd leave it as is!

I'm disappointed you that you didnt have a saw with you to cut that up.
Copy ya the square headlight started in 81, but like the like the k5 blazer you could get the crew cabs 88-91 with the different front end

Its a 68 convertible. My FIL built it when he was younger. Jeep frame, scout D44s, the winch is PTO driven and the tube bumper is also an air tank. The body is not modified in any way and could be put back on a firebird frame if so desired.
That’s cool, I bet it’s fun!

And here is GM's solution for the 1.4 turbo engine icing the intercooler in our climate.
Best part, they say it "must" be removed when temps are above 32F.

So now we have to expect soccer Mom's and hipsters to figure out how and when to put a winter front on their Equinox.
Super.

Real cast now(it's driving me nuts already) . Ortho doc says it's worse than thought. At least 2 more weeks off. Bored as all get out. Hoping comp kicks in sooner than later!

Dont have any loosing coolant that come to mind.
Have them add coolant dye.

Intercoolers ice up, build up condensation, freeze up the boost sensor.
They go into reduced power.

I left the intercooler I put in yesterday on my bench so I can see just how much water was in it.

They did the coolant dye last time and nothing. Im guesing only a hot isue? Maybe a pin hole in a hose , rad , or heater core?
