You can see the two horizontal post he added for the frame. The tractor would have a receiver sub frame for them to slide into. He also enlarged the oil tank.

He should have it converted back to 3 point mount by the end of next week and will deliver it. Hes selling to buy a tree spade.

I have a Deutz-Allis 5230.

The guy selling the backhoe is a fabricator. He put some work into it. Made a quick attach frame on the hoe and a subframe for his tractor. Thst way you could back into it, drop on pin and go. It's not going to work for my tractor so hes going to put the 3 pt stuff back on but I get to keep the steel. All new hoses and all the pins were shimmed. Tight machine.

Tractor seems alittle light for the hoe? Cant tell the size of the hoe from the pic.

It is on the small end for this hoe. I believe the minimum is 25hp. The manual doesnt say the smallest size tractor. It was apparently cat 1 and cat 2 compatible. Here is the specs on it. It has a 20" wide bucket. I will be looking for a narrower bucket. I have field tile, electrical line and a water line to install. I don't need a trench wider than 10", actually 6" would be fine. A 20" will slow me down and make more work than necessary.

Did I mention it has a thumb also?

Warm from the first fire today. Unseasonably warm around here!
