The guy selling the backhoe is a fabricator. He put some work into it. Made a quick attach frame on the hoe and a subframe for his tractor. Thst way you could back into it, drop on pin and go. It's not going to work for my tractor so hes going to put the 3 pt stuff back on but I get to keep the steel. All new hoses and all the pins were shimmed. Tight machine.
It is on the small end for this hoe. I believe the minimum is 25hp. The manual doesnt say the smallest size tractor. It was apparently cat 1 and cat 2 compatible. Here is the specs on it. It has a 20" wide bucket. I will be looking for a narrower bucket. I have field tile, electrical line and a water line to install. I don't need a trench wider than 10", actually 6" would be fine. A 20" will slow me down and make more work than necessary.Tractor seems alittle light for the hoe? Cant tell the size of the hoe from the pic.
I paid $5200 for it. In my neck of the woods that's a good price!
