Looks like someone around there did a lot of work with a very large dredge.

They ran 17 of them back when they mined the Yuba river. Real cool area with lots of history. It's known as the Yuba gold fields.

Dredged every stream and river in Trinity County as well... tailings everywhere around here. Also did a lot of hydraulic and hard rock mining. Had Chinese do all the hard work.

I know the 2.5s are head gasket eating mfers. My wifes had them replaced at 98000. The more I looked in to them the more I didn't want to see. I loved that thing but not the feeling of impending doom.
