Got to see the 150hp Case Road Locomotive in person yesterday. Beautiful machine and a great story as to how it came to exist again
Love the sound of those things. I've been to the Rosholt Thresheree and the Edgar Steam Show a few times.View attachment 386056

Looks like fall clouds.

You are correct, sir! I took more video than I did pictures, but I will share what I have. I spent alot of time just staring in awe, as wellThat is awesome!!!! I followed every update while Kory and his team built it. How amazing is it that a guy with that kind of talent and machine capacity would love J.I. Case steam so much to undertake that project. Only in the mechanical world can you bring something back from extinction. Glad he did!
I seriously doubt you only took one pic! Let's see them!

Kory was giving rides to as many kids and people as possible, sharing his passion with everyone he could. I didn't speak to him personally, but he really seems to be genuine.
I should have made some sort of post on Friday, to let my fellow Wisconsinites know these folks were going to be at the Burnett show. I failed, there. Sorry Greg
I wish I could have seen it doing a little "Real" work in person. Pulling 44 or 50-14" plows at once, pulling 4 other engines uphill, or just abusing a flatbelt on a prony brake.I just love how he doesn't keep it spotless. Just like if you where to see it in the 1920's. Authentic, as I would say!
Of all the videos and interviews I've seen he does seem like a great dude. Love that he wants to and has the means to share it's experience with everybody.

He must have done some threshing or spun the sawmill earlier to get so much dust all over his toy. Didn't seem to be that much in the air.
In Wisconsin, changing a tire can be fun. The spare under the vehicle might have air, but everything holding the spare up might be rusted solid. If you can get the spare down, great. If it's a front tire on a front wheel drive, the rim is pressed onto the center of the hub and rusted on. Then you have to use a BFH on the backside of the tire to get it off. By that time, You are so mad that you can nick the edge of the rim with the BFH and break the rim.Check your spare for air…also note that the full size tire and wheel doesn’t fit under the trunk floor. So, if you’re traveling with 4 people and their luggage, you’re hosed. Bring a ratchet strap to tie it on the roof.

All this happened to my son, while dressed for a party, in -25*F temps. He was too lazy to check his tire pressures and ran one flat.
I hope I never half to go through watching them things fly over my head again . It was so dry they couldn’t do muchHere is a random video.
Air tractor skimmers
fire just south of me
I get spray off these as they come off the lake.
Bucket list track for this old motocrosser !!!Had fun watching the motocross at Washougal! Degan and Jett were both riding well! Degan was launching the 250 off the big wall jump, going farther the the 450’s!
