Weird weather indeed. @5:30 this morning I was nearly out the door for work when a violent storm whipped up. I had just walked the dog and could see lighting in the distance. Within 10 minutes it rolled up on us with wicked winds and torrential rain... Not long after it hit the rain turned into heavy hail.. Jenny and I stood in the entrance way astonished, then WHAM!! The neighbors 80' tall buckeye broke in half and came down on the roof...

We had a violent Thunderstorm on Saturday night. Wild wind gusts pouring rain lightning all around us.
Followed by its younger sister last night.

According to media 180km/h wind hit us/Croatia (& Slovenija, & Italy) twice in a little over one week.

Apparently similar sized hail flying 100km/h smashed a planes nose grounding it, thankfully it was on the ground.
