He also took the time to send some bar adapters to me.

He also bought lunch!!!

Post office took 8 days to get the mail here.
Its a 2 hour drive

Dave also pointed out a route to get back,, was a awesome drive.

It’s just Douglas Fir.

oil groove is open to tensioner hole and it leaks trough 550xp clutch cover honeycomb pattern and trough captive bar nut holes

I just adapted a 3003 mount bar to my 394. Had to fill the top of the original oil holes. It was leaking out a bit.

Was delivering it to the new owner for my buddy…. We got it as part of a property cleanup.

Was tearing of old shingles, installed in the 60’s the wear is crazy! Have shown this before, we are doing a full remodel, so all is gone! Lol

This guy was a nailing mafia! One single shingle has 14 nails, and to make it more fun they bent the nails over on the inside!

We get a lot of wind, but this was a little extreme! It didn’t cause any problems, bur this guy over nailed everything in this house. He nailed inside paneling 2” on center! He must have gotten free nails and loved pound them! Lol

Wow, does sound like overkill for sure!! One rookie mistake in construction is thinking the more nails the better. To many nails and you weaken the lumber and it will split a lot easier. Plus, why waste material for no gain in quality?
