Considered silkies awhile ago. Maybe another time. They are goofy looking chickens(good way) lol. I ended up going with Orpington

Getting real tired of pulling this engine apart. Had a lifter fail and just made you feel like everyone is staring at you at a traffic light. Just waiting for your truck to explode.




Now we'll just sit here for 20 minutes. I'll probably waste 10 bucks worth of fuel doing this.

Looks like farm work to me. Knock it off your taxes. Got to find the bright spot from time to time. Getting ready to fill the 100 gallon tank with diesel this week. May need a loan for that.

I think it is currently $4.80 for off road. Going to find out either tomorrow or Wednesday. Dad is going to take it in since the local CO-OP is closed on the weekends.

But, that really blows your having issues with it.

Best part is I made the lifter tick worse!! Going to check oil pressure again when I get home and then if it still checks good I have no idea. I'll just start throwing parts at it till I have another new engine I guess.
