Did a little grading with a brand new T770 Bobcat. Wow what a nice machine…. Belongs to the local high school, was just helping out for a few hours. I’m no professional, but it turned out ok.

I'd venture to say it's getting not human friendly. Good news is, that's thee last time I'll see it.

Number 8 injector 6.0 powerstroke. No wonder it wouldn't build pressure. Dealer didn't tighten all the bolts for the fuel rail either seeing that I removed three by hand. Nipple cups bit loose so I wouldn't be supprised if they misaligned them. Now does anyone know where to get the beveled steel spacers at. Be nice if I don't have to replace the whole injector just for that part.

They listed the bevel washer by itself, but again out of stock. Found a Pensacola diesel reman on the bay for $160 and no core charge but seller only has one feed back. May chance it and see what happens. Can get ford reman for $210 no core. Most people try to find someone that has junk injectors and get it that way. Injectors only have 7000 miles on them so I kinda hate to replace the entire thing. Already took care of the nipple cup seals and have seal kits for the injectors on hand as well.
