Why not regular plugs? Asking for a friend...![]()

What's with port temp and lake temp at 32°? Is it not equipped with those sensors?
I agree with sharing the info in the open forums. Helps everyone.
No worries. The reason I said pm is that way I will get a notification. I can go mia for times on end. (Work & family prioritize my time)
Are those cdm's oem or am?
And @Steve has a good point about the plugs. But do not run regular plugs in that engine. They cause big issues even in the short term. Look at the plugs you took out for any carbon or exhaust discoloration. They are sensitive to gap and torque. Most people can't gap them properly. I'm sure you are the exception but we always tell guys doing their own plugs. Don't touch the gap just put them in straight from the box. A tight gap won't hurt your performance. Slightly shorten the plug life yes. But not significantly.
Can you run it at speed in the dark? Know anyone who will let you strap it up to their Dyno? Would make it easier to find a shorting elec component.
Temp sensor is funny because there's only one sensor on that ecu and the ecu board is shared with several other engines. Can drive you nuts looking at that stuff.

View attachment 30462875, 90 and 115 are 3 cylinder inline motors so they don't have the other bank of sensors. It also looks and throws errors in the program for other things that are not installed. I'll try to post that up in a bit. I'll try to also put up some pictures of my 150.

OEM coil drivers latest revision. Don't really have a dealer I would trust close by and working before places open and after they close doesn't help. Considered a test wheel in the pond to get the rpms up. I can run it down one evening and give it a run on the trailer.
I didn't even notice it until you said something. I think its just the sheathing but I will check it out in the morning. While reading resistance this morning I swapped the plug wire locations just because I thought if it is a wire a different location would maybe show up. That had to be the latch closing on it. If that wire is the problem I will be pissed to say the least. LOLWhat's up with the cyl 2 plug wire? Did it get pinched?
They have a shorter plug wire that will keep them from touching other cdm posts.
Probably not your issue just a ocd thing that irks me. By now you probably know more about that platform than I do!

How do you get the smart craft data? I would like to know my engine hours and other info.View attachment 304633
Smart craft allows you to buy a dongle and read data from your phone in real time as well, but you are limited on what the info will tell you.
Your boy has some talent. Those are fine welds!!!My boy been sending me pics of his welds. I told him he needs to move on to bigger and better things.

Look up vesselview mobile. It costs between $200-$250 here in the states so I don't know what your cost would be. $220 currently on amazon. Its just a plug and play hookup. I'll get some pictures a bit later. Got birthday cakes to bake and hay to bale today as well. How do you get the smart craft data? I would like to know my engine hours and other info.
