Nice well stocked dealer Ed. Love to see what was in the old Mac case. Looks unique I've never seen one like that. Did you take a peek?

On the ground? It's empty.
Last time I was in there was a month or so ago, he was down to a 661, 391 and a couple 180's.
Old guy owner is great, rarely has to look stuff up, just goes into the messy back and returns with the part.

Ed in the last picture I fail to see the correct answer. I would have thought light fuse for dynamite and run like hell. Maybe that’s where I went wrong

The 5th time I got that message after replacing the BCM in that nightmare Yukon, I was real close to putting my fist through the laptop.
This week has been hell on my blood pressure.

How many times before you tell gm to GFY and they can fix it themselves?

I don't get to do that.
I'm the "end of the road".
It can get bounced here, there and everywhere, but once it's dumped on me, I seem to own it until it's corrected.
Plus, who's going to do it? The prodigy is a *b-word ass who gets his hand held by service manager daddy. Vajayna had the rear crank seal in his equinox blow out. He won't fix it himself. Traded it in on a newer one over $200 in parts. Lord of the wrench will give it a go, but he's one of those who is never, ever, wrong and will just toss *s-word at it while making excuses why the last thing didn't correct it.

I hear you! It seems like everybody gets away with being a hack!
Plus once you figure it out! Your the wizard, hopefully you can charge for all your time! Sometimes it would be nice to get a bonus for dealing with a major PITA!

Been working on a cone intake for my Honda, last time I had it on the dyno it picked up 4hp with a generic cone intake, it worked on the dyno but it wouldn’t be rideable, so I am going to try this modified sanitary stainless cone and see it it works. There are companies making cone intakes for the Honda, but not for this pipe set up8A1349CA-1FDA-4E79-8376-EB277B88C856.jpegCE72B30C-ACD7-4EFC-9F0E-453D7DE6CC85.jpegE581B82D-E18F-4C62-B3A5-3364572ADDA9.jpeg 4B3B781F-1238-4C25-B49C-2E788CCD42CF.jpegOld intake vs newB81C6D5E-2466-4536-87C6-EB94815E708D.jpeg

Maybe, unless it’s something he doesn’t talk about or advertise! I was on the phone with home last week for something else, but haven’t asked him to make one either. It’s simple to make but the filter is a little smaller than his standard cone. I tested a fci

I think Arlan uses a 5” filter, my buddy has one on the 390ceo we did, I can measure tomorrow, we are going to ride

Similar story with my local Husky (or Hooskie) dealer.
Asking him about 592XP the other day, to which he replied he knew nothing. Stated he had the rep coming in the next day so would ask and call me back.

After not calling me back I followed them up this week, to get the following response: They're not commercially produced yet, a handful are being tested in Europe and that's it.

Now the owner of this shop is a good guy, just feel he's being misrepresented by these halfwits. You would think they'd be more interested in there product line considering they are exclusive Husqvarna.
