I did a little research today. Looks like this tool company was in business from 1929 until 1977. Either way it has a few years on it. Great shape considering its age. A couple of better pictures. View attachment 486025View attachment 486026

More research says West Germany started in 1949. Looks like 20 years before and 28 after.
Anyone here have one of these? I found several on EBay.

East/West Germany joined back together during the dismantling of the Soviet Union in 1990. So the company was in existence for 20 years before the creation of W Germany and lasted the first 28 years of divided Germany’s existence.

I keep threatening to upgrade to a new version but then I see the prices and these things work fine. Maybe one of these days. The image stabilized stuff is pretty interesting.
