The intake doesn't need a larger chamfer... the rings don't get into the port.

Got her all back together. Had to fix some smalls along the way. Saw fired right up and is very well mannered. I need to head up to the shop tomorrow morning and put it in some big wood. I'll post a video up tomorrow.

there's some ring clipping but never snagged. to do it right, it should be welded, bored and replated. but why spend the time and money on it when there are better saws out there
