Jason, you are one cool dude. If I get another banshee would you be willing to try your hand at porting a set of jugs?

I have had 3 banshee's in my life, each one different. I liked them either as a 4mm stroker or stock displacement with lots of jug work and the compression adjusted.

Yeh I'll port it.
I've owned a few myself but never ported one,I would like to very much though.

Lots of Polaris CFI 800's and a few odd things here an there. I did a 1987 Kawi KDX200 for a friend this winter... he's pretty happy to have his childhood cycle back in a condition where it can pull his adult ass around.

I also do a lot of 4-cycle cart motors, briggs 5hp and Honda GX200 clone motors. There it's all about relieving the valves and backcuts on the intake.

I broke a rod last year on my old Dixon ZTR, Kohler 15hp. It got ported, the head shaved, and the valve and seats cut before I put it back together. Now it doesn't bog even in the tall grass.

It seized the rod bearing because it had a head gasket leak to the push rod tunnel and sucked the crankcase dry of oil.

My dad has a lot of old cub cadet mowers with Kohlers and if you don't keep up with the points gap they are rod breaking machines.
