Here is the result of some of the artwork the guys have posted. This is 395 I did quite a while ago; the owner said it may have 3 million ft. under its belt. Sounds like a lot of cutting to me!

Looks like a batman piston to me. You can't kill those things.

Most of the fallers here that I build saws for in good weather average 30000' a week on a saw and that's quite a bit.
Probably a couple gallon of gas a day every day.

Sorry I missed this post earlier Keith! He uses whatever oil is cheapest, and mixes it 20:1.

That's nice nice looking work for someone just starting out. My stuff was WAY worse back then. Would have been better off with a router! lol

That is purdy shiny. How much time did you waste polishing that port? You should move up to super stock heads and modified production.

Roof looks flat from bevel to flange and it certainly makes a difference.
That's raising the exhaust not just the port mouth,nice work deets.

Never a banshee but lots of cr250 and 250r motors.
Several cbr500 in line 4cyli 4 stroke crotch rocket motors and now I'm porting a few 25hp lawn mower motors.
