Yes I changed carb out with another 199 and cranks, idles, pulls out on topend like she should. I crossed the clutchdrum on the pinion worm and buggered it up , so got one of thoso on order. The 550 and 562 pinions are much better quality than the 346 worm. Weak link on the 346I did the same thing on one of my 346s keith , good thing those pinions are cheap.
