The R is the rescue model? What different besides shields and bar/chain?

I was thinking around $750 for the saw.

R is the arctic model in some generations and just full wrap with west coast clutch cover in other eras
the rescue model is the 460 only and is the MS460 magnum rescue

No fears dealing with Shaun he builds a saw that will fetch the mail and might bite the mailman too.

R just means has wrap handle ,oversize sprocket cover ,and hd oiler ,.............no rescue stuff or heaters

I had an 066 for a while he ported ..very strong saw..had a meteor jug too.

Ahh, I remember that one. I did what I could with that jug but these old school non decomp cylinders have much more potential.

I own a few saws ported by Shaun and their all screamers. Wouldn't hesitate to buy this one but I've already got a few of his ported 066/660.
