That's one angry 2152/346! And that 254 woke up nicely after a little twisting on the jets. Definitely a workout for any saw cutting endgrain like that. Now I really want to go rescue that 254 from GKS!! Lol!

Here is the 254xpg leaned out a bit, runsuch better then the 1st video showed, I think it would be a tight race between the 2 now. It still needs leaned out a touch more but I want it fat till afterbreak in. Happy to own booth of these. The 254 will be getting a cosmetic makeover, ordered a new chain brake and clutch cover, new startery cover, and a can of husqvarna paint, just need a nice top cover and 254xpg starter decal.

I do the same thing man. My 288 isn't revving to its full potential yet either. A couple more tanks and I'll tune it up

But sorry to say, he got the last one.

That was another recent addition to the NLA list. As of now, all top covers for the 254, 257 and 262 are NLA from Husky.

Glad you got it man. When I build my 254 it might be an ugly duckling for a while until I perfect my plastic restoration technique.

Got the clutch cover assembly today, starter cover and paint and top cover won't be in till next week.
