I thought you could put a 12 mm jug on a 10 mm saw? There was somthin to look out for though if I'm not mistaken

its the other way around you can put a 10mm cylinder on a 12 but you cant put a 12 on a 10 the ring pins are in bad spots

Yep. I've had a 10mm cylinder on a 12mm saw. I believe the transfers on a 12mm cylinder are closer to the intake, and 12mm pistons have their locating pins moved accordingly

It's the 10mm/12mm thing again. Not sure what size a 266/268/jred670 piston pin is, but they're all 50mm
