I would suggest filing .020-.025 off of the flywheel key and a muffler mod. Port matching the muffler and muffler gasket would also be beneficial.

The cylinder has been machined to be run without a base gasket. I highly recommend double checking the squish clearance on whatever saw it goes on. It may be fine without a gasket or it may need a thin paper gasket. No 2 saws will ever be identical. I've seen .005" difference in squish between 2 identical saws.
