Pop up ads

I don’t mind the relevant ads from legitimate supporters of the site. In fact I like them. Heck, I gotta know where to buy the goodies for my saw. But this thing sliding up from the bottom and covering up the fine words of my favorite forum advisors with foofoo boots and gluten free muffins has to go!

I don't see pop up ads on my desktop running the Brave browser.

I also watch movies on YouTube that say 'free with advertisements' without seeing the advertisements or advertisement breaks. I don't know if it's the Brave browser or is YouTube is just making an idle threat.

Brave browser, is good at stopping junk. I use it when I want to watch my favourite YouTube stars that love to add the ads so they get paid.. I just watch and don’t get the ads

edit I used ad blocker in Safari to stop ads, it’s my favourite browser, but it don’t cut it with YouTube ads

No adds on laptop but they block out a big chunk of my mobile phone screen. I understand the revenue part but it will discourage me from being on w/ phone. Not that anyone gives 2 flying *f-words...

I should say I got ad Guard as well installed. (The free version on my iPad as well)

Okay this is really starting to piss me off. Now I got a banner for some stupid tap a app.

I get ads at the top of my smartphone screen. I can live with that, but they zip by quickly, which is very distracting.

A stable / static ad would be less distracting.

As mentioned, relevant ads might even be beneficial to both advertisers and viewers.

Yeh, it’s not often I use my phone,, but getting that tap ad sucks every dam time when I just want to use safari..as much as I really like brave, but the layout is a bit different.

This is different than a banner ad,or a sponsor logo at the top.
