Hopefully, you have a cardiologist. Perhaps a pacemaker is in order. Electrical problems can often be fixed. Same thing happened to my cousin and they implanted a combo unit, a pacemaker and I think, a defribillator. First, they put a monitoring device in his chest to even figure out what was happening, because it only happened every few months. After six months, it finally happened again and I think it sent a signal to the docs that the event occurred, so, then, they were able to diagnose the anomaly.
