I blended the intake side toward the intake

Have you found any useful tweaks to the uppers? I've debated removing the roughness they leave there, but it seems intentional and only near the opening, not in the tubes.

Normally I just raise them and try to keep stock shape and angles. The angles are hard to keep right. I’ve tried a 3 degree ramp on all four uppers. I think I like it but haven’t done that many yet.

I guess I hadn’t thought of them as rough. I finish them with a diamond burr, maybe slightly smoother than stock.

Almost brand new. Probably 5-10 tanks at the most. I think he runs shaeffers 7000 40:1

On my MK1 I did a pop up, muffler mod, widened the exhaust and left the exhaust where it landed after a base cut for the pop up, my favorite 50cc saw.

Mild scoring on the exhaust side as well. My guess is choked up muffler and poor calibration.

No scoring but mine looked like it had also been hot or maybe crappy oil.
