This is just to show a little of the stock porting and the two different coils .The way this cylinder is cast it would appear the tabs would be much stronger that Stihl .The transfers have a good sweep already back over the intake port ..
The two different coils ,one being self contained and the other a two piece ,so called "ignitron " The two piece came off a P100 super, the one piece off the McCulloch 1000 .The ignitron if you could find one they ask a bloody fortune for them .I've got a spare mount for a one piece .You can find the coils for Partner concrete saws .but I'm not certain if they use a rev limited coil or carb.
I've wondered if a coil from a 372 Husqvarna would inter change .The bolt holes are 37 MM center to center
