Well, over the last four-five months I’ve lost 35 or so pounds. So I’m now around 6’6” and 310. Had 18” of intestine removed. Would not recommend as a weight loss program. But everything’s cool now. And chicks dig scars.

Two so far. When I was younger then. They got an actual boot to the ass. One was pissing my sister off.

The other was playtime got pretty rough.

Other times, my boot gets practice knocking house doors down to check the building for people before we demolish the house with excavators.

Nowadays it’s just kicking doors down.

Doors are being taken to the dump anyways so no point in fetching keys to open it to do inspections.

Low bodyfat percent and no blood pressure medicine is the key. Well that’s what my family doctor said.
I love donuts and ice cream though. Fortunately I’ve never had to take BP medicine.
