I don’t get on a scale much unless I go to the doctor. I’m 6’5”-6’6”. I usually weigh between 217-223. During eggnog season I can get to 230. During my divorce I got down to 187 in 2 weeks and my body near *s-word down. I keep track of my weight by my waste size. If I can wear 34w comfortably then I am 217-223. 225 and up I prefer 36. Under 210 I wear 32w.

At least once a week I’m 468.2lbs. 3 times a week I’m 340 when I carry my girls- one in each arm. And yes there are 5 kids in there.
