The true story of the house wagon and my brother.
After dad passed away in 2011, I bought the farm from mom, wasnt without a clash against my brother.
To prevent further issues against him I accepted that he could get enough land for a house or a cabin for free, there is a few clausules in the contract. I would never done it if I knew how it would turn out later, it was my biggest mistake ever.
He bought a house wagon summer 2012, dumped it in front of one of my buildings and we saw him no more. To place the wagon in the area he was promised, me and my neightbour had to work through the whole july month 2013, he popped up in the end and dictated exactly where it should stay, and poff, away he was.
He rarerly comes up and check his wagon and after those years the wagon is not worth much, neither did he do the public paper work so his claimed land is his land, frankly speaking it's still mine.
It seems he wanted to sell the wagon this year, Mina had paid him some money he refused he had got, he told her she could live in the wagon until he had got the rest, unlimited time.
Problem is, its my land at the moment, beeing a land owner there is also responsibility with it, whatever Mina would had done outside the wagon would had come on my responsibility, whatever she send out from the wagon I would also be held responsibil, with 3 drinking welch under 50 metre under the wagon I had to get one end on this. Drilling 3 welch is at least 30000$.
She have moved out, wasnt easy.
There is no doubt I gotta find a way to force him to move the house wagon away from my land, they will repeat it again and again, half of Mandals drug addicts has already got the wagon offered by him. Problem is to figure out how we can force him. I counted out that he had broken the plan&building law in Norway 4 times.
I also have to find a way to terminate the contract from 2012, should be possible but I'll need a good lawyer and a court case.
Probleby just to start saving money for it......
