Jason that's great you were able to help him out. Hopefully you can keep in contact with him. You should be proud of yourself for that one.Evening fellas.
I don’t know how to say this but just tell it like it is. It’s reality people...
I read a post a little while ago on a private Marine FB group where a brother was contemplating suicide. He lives in Missouri. Many folks chimed in. I sent him my cell number and told him to call me if he needed a sounding board, and he did. I spent an hour or better on the phone talking with him...I convinced him to call 911 on his landline phone. And we talked until EMS and Deputy Sheriff’s arrived, and I talked to one of the EMS guys who was prior service green-side Corpsman, Devil Doc in Iraq/Afghanistan.. He told me Justin had two loaded semi’s on his coffee table.
I’m glad this Devil Dog called me and I was able to help...at least keep him talking...when you’re talking, you’re breathing. Justin has two beautiful, young daughters, and that’s what I focused on. And that’s where I geared the conversation. If you can keep a brother talking, you’re doing ok and he’s doing ok.
We Jarheads are a f’d up group of people...a bunch of damn torn apart souls. We bust each other’s nutsacks everyday, ten ways to hell, in these private groups...but when a brother or sister needs help, you act! You just gotta live it to understand it...
I pray my brother warrior Justin gets the help he needs...and he comes back stronger than ever. He’s a good man, a good father...a good Marine!
I tried...and did my best young man...and I hope everything works out. It’s all you can do. I appreciate you chiming in.Jason that's great you were able to help him out. Hopefully you can keep in contact with him. You should be proud of yourself for that one.

You can bet on that...I’ll keep in touch with Justin. We all just killers bro...it’s human nature. The Corps just brings it out in you...I understand his plight and fight. It’s a f’d up deal. The demons are a bad deal Steve...when you kill a man, you don’t know if he was a father of children, etc. And when you watch your buddies die...it just seals the fate. You get angry, you get pissed to no end...and you just slaughter! You keep in contact with that fella, sometimes all we really need, is to know someone out there gives two farks about us.
man that sucks, don't want to see anybody go through that, I wish him the bestEvening fellas.
