What type of oil you fuggers running and waht waht ratio...
I noticed they have schaffers at ebels hardware thinking of picking some 7000 up
But don't want to change have no reason really.

I use pancake syrup at a 40:1 ratio. The real maple stuff smells amazing when burning thru a high revving engine.

Doing some more monster splitting today

I should do this the day they hit the ground with a maul or three. Might try it on dead standing wood. It normally stands till fall then gets bucked, split and stacked. The first ten or twelve feet it usually wet on dead trees as you know. Green wood is wetter and still needs to set a season till winter or next spring. Wet bucked oak is a *b-word to split by hand. Might be a lot easier in long lengths.
I moved down to a six ton electric splitter at home with a two speed pump, a catch table and the lift table to place it on. DR setup. Quiet and easy to move or use, love it. Handles up to twenty by twenty inch rounds. I cut @ fifteen to sixteen long and noodle the bigger ones. Splitting the wet stuff before moving it will speed up the moving, bucking and drying process. No more big saw for bucking  no need to noodle.

Red blue white now purple
Do we have any Green...

Royal Purple used to be really popular in Europe. I haven't seen it here, but that doesn't mean anything.

I've been running this stuff lately... Putoline TT Extra Synthetic. Cost is about the same as any other 2-stroke oil.

It seems super stable and I don't see any build up in my exhausts with it. Everything internally is slathered in fresh looking blue oil.
